Both the vaunted Pittsburgh and Philadelphia Orchestras will be honing their skills as soundtrack purveyors this summer at the Mann Music Center in Philadelphia. Last year's Pittsburgh Symphony concert was a critical success but only 2,500 people attended. When the PSO played movie music the next night, three to four times the number of people bought tickets.
